Refunds

Request Process: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your report. The request must include the reason for dissatisfaction, the report details, and any supporting documentation.
Non-Refundable Services: Fees for completed and delivered reports will not be refunded unless there has been a clear error or oversight on our part.
Assessment: Once your refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our customer service team. If eligible, a refund will be issued within 14 business days via the same payment method used for the transaction.
Exceptions: Certain circumstances may not qualify for a refund, such as when the background check was conducted correctly but the results did not meet the client's expectations.
